Your 2018 New York Personal Extension has been rejected

This happens from time to time, but we’ll help you fix it.
What happened?
R0170 - The primary ID was either invalid, or could not be verified at this time. New York Department of Finance was unable to verify the taxpayer's SSN at the time of submission.
What does this mean?
Make sure you submit a new extension application before the filing deadline.
Edit: It's been over a week and I still have no answer on this. I hope I don't get in trouble with NYS!
Here is how to fix your rejected extension:
1. Select the orange Fix my Extension link in your email.
2. Sign in to TurboTax Online.
3. Once you've signed in, select Fix my extension.

There is no "Fix my Extension" link in the email. How do I get to this from within the TurboTax website?
Selecting "File Extension" at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel in TurboTax on the "My Tax Home" screen will allow you to fix your rejected extension
This only tells me my extension was accepted. My federal extension was accepted, but my state was not. How do I fix the state extension?
