TurboTax says I've installed on two computers, but I haven't!

I've old TurboTax (downloaded version) for a few weeks, and I have used it four times. On the fifth time, today, I noticed that it said that it has been installed on two machines. This is NOT TRUE!  I have not reformatted my hard drive or reinstalled the operating system, or anything like that. I just installed it once on my desktop Mac.

 

Why does this happen and what do I do about it? I would like to install the product on my laptop as well, which I believe to be completely legal, according to the terms and conditions of the license.

 

What do I do if at some point before I have finished filing my taxes TurboTax claims that I have already used up my five installs?
