Same 'looping' effect as others mentioned. Now it's Feb 18th. I am trying NJ state tax.I have tried all the actions listed in this post.
Also confirmed the actual state form is available. I can google and found the actual form but turbo tax not working.

Please note this is for the PC version NOT the online version. Thus the issue persist. And it's the issue about after downloading I cannot even open the state tax, have not got to file yet.
Need help on the 'PC version' for windows.
