TurboTax premier mac/download - unable to download IL state.

I have finished Federal tax, now need to add IL state for summer intern before moving onto CA state. Click on "download state" on the menu or "Purchase State" in State Taxes, it always ends up a blank window with "close" on the lower right corner. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Please try to follow the workaround here to correct this.

I called Turbotax. The technical support person helped resolved the issue. It seems cleaning up all the cookies in Chrome browser history is the key so that the window will show the content and allow to move on, not stuck at the previously blank with "Close" at the lower right corner.
