TurboTax message says I paid but did not efile

I'm receiving a message from the efile section of turbotax desktop version saying I paid the tax due but did not efile and need to efile by the deadline.  I didn't try to efile but did have a glitch where the system hung and I had to reboot. The return had routing and account numbers in it. There are not funds in the bank account to pay. I want to make sure there isn't an attempt to pay under way.  How do I find out the cause of this message and whether turbotax submitted a direct tax due payment filing using the routing and account numbers?

Please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for assistance. Support will be able to confirm the status of whether your return was electronically filed or not.
