TurboTax keeps asking to check my NJ municipal code, block and lot number repeatedly, even though they are correct. This bug is preventing me from filing my return

I am repeatedly being asked to check NJ-1040  P2: Ln 38c Owned Home County Muni Code should be blank. And then also 38b and c for block and lot. These fields are filled in and need to be filled. Because TurboTax loops to keep checking these fields, the program will not allow me to file.

Thanks very much. Now that you mention this, not sure how I overlooked that.

How do you clear box D or even get to it

To clarify obtuse answer:

2020 Line 39(d) must indicate "homeowner" to allow  that block and lot information.

In the NJ return, you come to a screen "You've Finished your NJ Return".

  1. Scroll down to taxes and credits, select Update
  2. Let's start property tax, continue
  3. Do you meet all requirements? Yes
  4. Eligibility, yes
  5. Select homeowner or correct button, continue
  6. Keep selecting/ entering the right answer as you move through

I change my status to homeowner and TurboTax keeps changing it back to "No" and then I go through the enter/remove block/lot number sequence.
