Turbotax just has a spinning circle like it's "hourglassing" and won't move to the Federal Review. Of tried on 2 different devices and completed all entries

I was experiencing that and frustrated at it continuing for over an hour. I did a cold boot and returned to find that all of my data had been saved fine and a click on the captcha immediately  displayed the  photos.

SHORT ANSWER: don't worry about the information that you have entered Turbo Tax saves it. DO A COLD BOOT
