TurboTax isn’t letting me finish filing. I’m being told form 8379 isn’t available yet?

Form 8379, Injured Spouse Claim and Allocation for tax year 2021 is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 03/17/2022

This form is available everyplace else except TurboTax.  I'd like to know why it's taking so long for Turbo Tax .  The form hasn't changed.  TT says the IRS isn't accepting it yet but they are.

There are different reasons why the forms take longer to show up within TurboTax. The forms availability table is where we update the information as we receive it from taxing agencies. We make it our goal to keep updated on the most recent data.

For additional information, it would be necessary to contact customer support.

I've already paid TT, I won't be able to efile until that form is available, does that mean I will owe TT more money because I didn't file before 2/28/22? That seems unfair.

If you have already paid the TurboTax online account fees you will not be charged any more when you file your return at a later date.  You have locked in at the current price so when the prices increase in March that increase will not apply to you.
