Turbotax Deluxe 2023 won't import "TaxSchedule" from Quicken (R54.16) nor will it import the .txf export from Quicken

I cant find an alternate solution. I am using latest Quicken Classic Premier R54.16 and Turbotax Deluxe. Neither Import from Quicken NOR Import from Quicken Exported .txf file works.

Also, I CAN import "CapGains" directly from Quicken with no issues. Seems like a bug with "TaxSchedule" import only... (oh yes, and Turbotax is at the latest update level "WinPerRelease [[phone number removed]].
