.........you can try the following,,,but Customer Support may be your final contact point...they've been able to resolve some of these problems..
1) Shut down the software.
2) Reboot....a Windows update came out this week, and a waiting/partially-installed windows update can screw things up.. Reboot even if you don't think anything is waiting.
3) Download and install the special Manual Update.
