Turbo Tax - Wages and Income looping between questions

I'm using Turbo Tax Premier 2021. I keep looping between questions in the Wages and Income section. First question "Did you receive a Form 2439 for 2021?" (No), [2] "Any straddles or Section 1256 contracts?" (No), [3] "Incentive Stock Options" (No), [4] "Did you sell any investments in 2021?" (No), and finally [5] "Did you have investments losses you couldn't claim in 2021?" (No)......then it starts over with the first question, "Did you receive a Form 2439 for 2021?" and keeps looping between these questions with no way to break the loop.

I was able to replicate this loop by choosing "Visit all" in the Investment income section.

You can break out of this loop by clicking on Wages and Income in the upper left corner after you have entered all of your information for this section. Next choose, "I'll choose what I work on," the on the right.

You can then proceed to the next section, Retirement Income by scrolling down to it and selecting Visit all, or picking a specific topic.

I am having the same problem with the desktop version and clearing cookies doesn't have any impact.  I updated Turbotax today so there aren't any outstanding updates.  Any ideas or fix?

@Walker75

Please sign up for updates at this Help Article here.  This has to do with a Wages and Income error as well.

The loop is still there on 2/23/22. Talking to customer service was NO help at all. The guy just hung up after 'trying' few things and telling me to try in another week again. When is Intuit going to fix this issue?

Did you try the steps provided by JulieS ? @koolbaba.

That is a workaround not the solution. This problem should not be there in the first place. When are you going to fix the issue???

The blank screen or error on the Wages and Income screen is a known issue and it's currently being worked on at this time so that we have a solution and not just a workaround. You can use the FAQ link provided below to sign up to receive updates as to when a solution has been made:

Why am I getting a blank screen or an error on the Wages & Income screen?
