Turbo Tax update caused incomplete return to be submitted

I opened an incomplete return immediately after I installed the latest TurboTax update 2-13-2022. TurboTax said it submitted both the federal and state returns! What do I do?

Do not know what you saw but the only way for tax return to be e-filed using TurboTax is when you are in the File section of the program on Step 3 and you click on the button labeled "

Transmit my returns now

".
