Turbo tax support is horrible - how is anyone able to talk to a person and not a machine? Phone is 100% AI and Chat is AI

You can always post questions here in the user forum.  We can help with most issues except for billing problems.

Well, apparently weekend Telephone support isn't started yet...so weekdays 5AM-5PM "Pacific" time call, and you should get a telephone number to get a "person"....just don't mention a "Refund" anywhere in your setup questions, or you will get shunted to an automated AI.
