Turbo Tax sent me an email indicating that there was a message for me from a Tax Advisor. I do not see a link once logged into my Turbo Tax account web page...

Where do you find the messages?

Click on the notification Icon on the top (Bell Icon next to the cart icon)

There were no notifications or messages when I clicked the bell icon. The program seems to be buggy.

Make sure you are logged into TurboTax using the same credentials.  Please see this link to verify any accounts you may have under your information.

If you are logged in using the correct credentials,  try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

Colleen, the adviser accidentally called me and hence I was able to ask her about the message she had sent to me. She believed that she had EMAILED me a message. I told her that there was no message in her EMAIL to me, just a link to click which led to the Intuit page. I told her I had been advised to click on the bell icon in the TurboTax app, but there were NO notifications.

I received a second EMAIL from Colleen for an appointment that somehow did not result in us connecting. That EMAIL again gave me a link to the Intuit page. There are again NO notifications when I click on the bell icon. It looks like Live Expert communications are broken, and I should give up on speaking with Colleen.

At least the MAIN issue that she and I were to discuss turned out to be a TurboTax bug, at least I think it was as the issue that appeared with an UPDATE disappeared with a different UPDATE.

Also, I did not receive a phone call today per a PHONE message she left me yesterday. So communication is REALLY broken. I am writing this to alert others than the Tax Advisors are calling the wrong person (me thrice earlier when Colleen was trying to call A DIFFERENT PERSON), two messages allegedly meant to be on some Intuit site were not there and Colleen had thought they were emailed versus posted to the Intuit site. So that would be about 8 glitches  not counting the TurboTax bug. WISH ME LUCK with my next attempts...
