Is it possible that you are logging in with a different User ID and therefore, you are not finding the tax return that you started? Usually this is the case if you log in a do not find your already started or complete tax returns and instead are being asked to start from the beginning.
To get a list of your User ID's and recover accounts, you can use the tool at the link below. If you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

I logged in the same way as earlier this week and all my information is gone.
If I have to start over, I might just boot to another service. I cannot go through this process again, which took several hours, if I cannot trust Turbotax is not saving my work.
Any help retrieving my work on this year's return is appreciated.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
