turbo tax business 2022 Unable to load error code 25359

I attempted to open last years taxes, and i received the following error code 25359. We cannot complete the electronic filing status process because the next step is not defined properly in the current federal formset. Please contact technical support for assistance. (Tech lines are fully loaded) Wear can i upload the federal formsets? or since these returns have already been accepted how can I review last years taxes, this error will not let me review last years files

I have been working with Turbo Tax for the last 2 days, I have deleted the software, reinstalled, cleared out additional files that do not clear during an add/remove program from Microsoft. In the end they have been unable to figure this out. I have had to retype all the information into the system.

Thanks for the update. I did contact support this morning, but they couldn't figure out the problem. I managed to complete 2023 with the help of 2022 tax documents without going through 2022 software.
