Turbo Tax 2023 won't activate

I've tried both the disk and the download for TT 2023 Business. In both cases I get to an Activation screen that just spins and spins. With the download I was prompted for my license code prior to the download. For the disk I was not. In both cases the program loaded, then loaded the latest updates. But then upon relaunching it I got this Activation screen I can't enter anything into or get past. @activation

There could be a number of issues causing this.

Thanks for the reply.

 

I kept searching and did find something suggesting I turn off my anit-virus protection. When I did this I was able to reach the activation page and get activated successfully.

Having the same problem.  Activation just spinning and spinning.

I bought my turbo tax from costco.  I upload into my laptop.  It asked me to activate it. I log in my intuit account and try to activate.  But, it says it already link to another account.  I don't have any other account to link to it.  I wonder if that is returned from other customers and linked already.  What do I need to do?  Could you help me to move

Downloaded turbotax business 2023 from amazon. received activation code. installed windows updates, turbotax, installed without issue, updates installed without issue, then got an error indicating "user not connected to the internet", when I was connected to the internet. This happened after installation, updates, and before activation. Any suggestions other than uninstalling and reinstalling turbotax (did three times), close virus protection, firewall, etc.? I'm running under windows 11.
