Mine was $104, what's the most maddening is that I didn't see TurboTax notify me of this prior to checkout... Unless it was in the fine print somewhere..
@mk21459 - The "L2G" processing fee has nothing to do with TurboTax whatsoever. It is a fee charged by IRS payment processors when you choose to pay your *tax* with a credit card. That has nothing to do with paying the separate TurboTax fees for the use of the software.
See the IRS website for information.

L2G stands for Link to Government. The $14.84 is the service fee charged
by the processing company in behalf of the IRS for using your credit card to make the payment you owed for your taxes.
I was charged 150, but I'm supposed to get a return, I don't owe any taxes, so now I'm even more confused.
@Kube - This thread (and link) could be several years old. This thread was on the old Answer Exchange which was migrated to this new forum on 6/6/2019 so it has that date. Old links did not transfer properly and is causing a lot of confusion in this new forum.
The current link to the IRS website for paying with a credit card is:

I filed papers with the superior court yesterday. My receipt shows L2G Maricopa cosc (Maricopa county superior court)
I received an l2g processing charge of $45.89! This is outrageous, particularly in view of the $14.84 charge referenced here, and since I did not itemize. Note that the L2g charge is in addition to the Intuit fee I paid. This is enough to convince me that from now on I will hand-prepare my tax return. While Turbotax provides an easy to follow process to file one's taxes, the added charges nullify the convenience. Again, outrageous!

There is a “Help” link in the top corner of the web site for the card:
I was charged a L2G*service fee of $205.45. Why is is so extremely high?
It depends upon the amount of your tax liability. Please see the following links from the IRS as to the rates charged and how the amounts are charged.

I have no clue as to what this is and I do not owe anything to Maricopa County, that I am aware of. How do I address this?
@user526586699 No one else can see your screen or your tax return so we do not know what "this" is -- please explain.

@catherynef That is a "Link to Gov" charge----it sounds like you paid tax due online using a credit card. That charge is from the third party bank used by the IRS or your state when you paid tax due by credit card. The charge diid not come from TurboTax.
It may in fact be due to TurboTax suggesting using a credit card to pay your taxes to take advantage of points, rewards etc all. I saw no warning a processing fee would be involved. TurboTax should remove that option or include a very plain warning that a credit card fee would be charged.
You can pay for your federal taxes with your credit/debit card through a third-party payment processor. The processor charges a convenience fee.
If you're e-filing, choose Charge my credit card when we ask how you want to pay your federal taxes.
If you're paper-filing, you won't see a credit/debit option, but you can do this instead:
You can use your debit or credit card to pay your tax bill online or over the phone. The IRS doesn't charge a fee for this service, but the service providers charge a fee for processing the payment. The two authorized providers — Pay1040 and ACI Payments, Inc. — charge a fee. Debit card transactions are often between $2 and $4.
For credit transactions, the fee is based upon a percentage of the payment amount. For instance, for a credit transaction of $1,000, the taxpayer may be charged a fee of $19.90 while a credit transaction of $10,000 would cost the taxpayer a fee of $199. The IRS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, STAR, Pulse, NYCE, Accel, AFFN, Cirrus, Interlink, Jeanie, Shazam, and Maestro.
See this IRS webpage for information about the various fees charged by different e-file service providers.
