The website is freezing when I try to enter my investments. I have many, many trades this year and it takes two minutes for each screen to load when correcting the form.

I have many investments missing dates. I cannot e-file until I fix the errors. This isn't a problem, but the website freezes while loading the page. It takes several minutes for the page to load, three to five. It is impossible to complete these revisions, and therefore impossible to e-file.

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

I experienced this problem on both Firefox and Edge browsers.

Have you tried using Chrome?
