the TurboTax app was not on my phone when I started my taxes through the website so I was charged even though I didn't use TurboTax last year. How can I be refunded?

When I originally called I was told once I received my money call back and they would issue the refund. I call today and was denied.

You must call TurboTax Customer Service. ‌That is not something we can do on this forum. You can call them at 800-446-8848.
