The Ky state tax software will not download. I have tried numerous times and it comes back with the software is uptodate.

This is happening to many many people.  Call 8004intuit, and screen share with support.  Then, when they are stumped, ask for the manual state download.  That so far is the only fix -- no amount of reinstalls will fix this problem.

This helped me because my GA state would not download. when I click on start to download, it says it is up to date. but when I click on start to start the state, it goes through the download again.  the only option is to click on done with state and then there is no evidence of a state tax worksheet.  The refund box stays blank. There are no forms completed. it is not doing anything. I do not believe it has downloaded although it says it has downloaded.  the tech line is not available on weekends. Why not???? tech help is needed all the time.  there is not even a tech phone number listed.
