The CPA scheduling system has been down for over a week. I never received a call from my CPA for my designated appointment. The Turbotax bot has been useless. Next steps?

I received a link to reschedule my appointment which only provides me "We are experiencing trouble on end. Please check back!" type of message.

We cannot schedule your calls through this forum. Have you tried the instructions in the link below?
