Can you please try the following
- Try searching for an email from do_not_reply@intuit.com or support@intuit.com
- Check your Junk and/or Spam folders.
Hint for Gmail: Gmail hides their Spam folder under the More drop-down.
- Add TurboTax to their Contacts List. The email you should use is: do_not_reply@intuit.com
- If you are still unable to get the email and/or are having trouble signing into your account, please submit an Account Recovery Request.
