TD Amritrade import keeps failing

I have three account. Two imported fine and the 3rd one keeps failing with invalid document ID. I am using 2022 Turbo tax premier. This is very frustrating, how do I resolve this. Don't answer that I do need to do it manually, why do I need a tax prep software if it can't import.

Please see What if I can't import my 1099? for instructions. Additionally, please keep in mind that if you are entering a Document ID it is case sensitive. So, if the Document ID is listed in all caps, you will want to enter it in all caps.
