Tax Year Prior to 2020: Why was my federal tax rejected again? And can I file somewhere else since my federal was rejected twice

Why was it rejected?

I just filed with TurboTax and it was my return was pending and I just looked at it again and it said rejected for federal and state but it's not telling me why could anybody else help me and let me know why it was rejected and since it was rejected is it a possibility that I can go somewhere else and have my taxes done by a professional
