Please review the following helpful information regarding importing your W-2's into TurboTax. After reviewing the FAQ's below, if you are unable to import, you may need to manually enter your W-2. In this case contact your employers and request a copy, or see if they have a secure website you can obtain them from.
W2's are required to be mailed my January 31, 2020.
Some employers release W2's prior to this through different means, but again, they have until January 31st to do this. Keep checking the website to see if your employer has released their W'2.
If your employer participates in that, then you should be able to download your W-2. If not, you will need to enter in your W-2 manually to the system. Click the following TurboTax FAQ to read how to import a W-2: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/how-do-i-import-or-enter-my-w-2/00/26253
If you are unable to import, then you will need to enter the W2 information manually. You may have gotten a paper copy in the mail or you could contact your employer to get a paper or email copy.
If your employer does not participate in the mytaxform program you will have to enter your W-2 manually.
To enter a your W-2 follow these steps:
With TurboTax open select the wages & income tab.
Scroll down to the line Job(W2)
Select add/edit
On the page Here's your W-2 info select Add a W-2
Follow the prompts to add a new W-2
You need to get a copy of your W2 from your employer to properly file your tax returns. Another option is to get a wage and income transcript from the IRS. Here is a link for the IRS transcript request. The transcript from the IRS will not, however, include any state information.

It sounds like you’re asking about importing your Form W-2 information.
If that’s the case, please see the TurboTax Help article How do I import or enter my W-2? for guidance.

As stated on the back of the W-2 -
Keep Copy C of Form W-2 for at least 3 years after the due date for filing your income tax return. However, to help protect your social security benefits, keep Copy C until you begin receiving social security benefits, just in case there is a question about your work record and/or earnings in a particular year.
TurboTax does not have a copy of the W-2 or Form 1099. It would have W-2 and Form 1099 worksheets that included the tax data from the forms that were entered. The worksheets would be included in the PDF of the tax return in the tax year the return was completed.
Copies of a Form 1099 would have to obtained from the issuer of the form.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
You can get a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return to include copies of W-2's, if you mailed the tax return and included a paper W-2, from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

Your employer provides the 2020 W-2. Contact your employer for a copy of the W-2
All Forms W2 should have been mailed by employers by 31 January per the IRS. You can use the paper copy to input the information into TurboTax.
Also, even if you can't import, perhaps you can print or at least view the W2s online to enter them into TurboTax.
