You should get a receipt of payment from TurboTax via your email.
I'm wanting a refund for the fee i paid for through your services.
Because of your faulty mistakes my refund has been on hold.
The services i paid for should have been caught instead I'm in limbo with the IRS.
This is extremely inconvenient for myself and my family.

Who can I contact to get refund on my Order Confirmation? I purchased TurboTax Desktop State Return $25, but my tax return did not go through. I encountered an error.
So I repurchased and payed $193 for both my federal and state tax return. This one did go through. Who can I contact to get a refund on the $25 above? I greatly appreciate your help.
