We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Failed Validation. There is a update available for you version of turbo tax. I Have done all the updates. It appears to be a NJ glitch because I get a message the all the NJ Forms have not been finalized when trying to print.. When I check the NJ form 1040 form on their site is appears to be ready to print and e-file. Tried two different computers, both are update and cookies and ect where cleaned out.
I have been on the phone with turbo tax reps a number of times.
This baffles me as all my documents are available. I have received and entered all necessary documents. I’ve used this account for years with no issues.
