Before you submit your return, call the contact number at contact us at the top of the return, listen to the Customer Service option to speak to a live representative, to make sure you get credit for your discount.  They will check your discount and give you a special code to enter so your return is calculated with the discount.

To get your partner discount, be sure to always start on the affiliate partner’s website, such as your bank, credit union, insurance company, or other affiliate like Uber or Lyft.  Also, if you just need to make a small change to your tax return, be sure to start from the affiliate partner’s website and select the TurboTax link.
