started my 21 taxes in February and today found my return has disappeared

I downloaded TT21 from Costco an I started my 21 filing in early March.

When I went to finalize it today TT could not find my previous work!  

Then  I tried to start my  21 filing all over again  but TT could not find my 2020 return data.

My TT21 software was purchased/dowloaded from Costco.

I have tried to locate   .tax  files on my PC but cannot find any from the last 5 years!!!  Has anybody had this problem???

Please see the below TurboTax Help Article to assist you with locating your tax data files on your PC. You may also want to check to make sure your tax files are not stored on your One Drive as some programs default to it.
