Someone explain to me why I get a case number to speak with a specialist and an AI won't put me through to speak with someone, And no one calls to answer my question.

 (without providing personal information)  I had some changes in my year and I needed to speak with a LIVE PERSON! as to how to proceed.  I was given a CASE NUMBER

3 TIMES

.  All three times I called and your AI took me on a runaround until I was disconnected.  I need to speak with someone.  I can't be any more clear than that!

So what you're telling me is after I have tried every possible way to find the answer I needed.  Then tried to reach a supposed expert;  I should just start all over again.

Are you familiar with the definition of insanity?
