I entered the same Checking Account Router number and the same account number as transferred to the software but when I re-enter the numbers it says incorrect Router number and account number.
The router number and account numbers are correct. Software will not accept. States incorrect router number and account number. Just re-entering the same information that was transferred from last years taxes.
Here we are 3 years later, and now the software will not accept my account number. I am using the same routing, and account number I have used for years. What is going on?
