Did you e-file? Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?” Does your account say “pending?”
If you have not submitted your return, but you are still getting just the spinning wheel, clear your cache and open your TurboTax account on a new screen. Please click the TurboTax link, listed below, on how to clear your cache.

Have you submitted your return on TurboTax? Does your account say Pending or Transmit my return now? If your return has been submitted and accepted by the IRS, you will not be able to add a second W2. You will need to file an amended return. Depending on which TurboTax product that you used to file your taxes, there would be different ways to check the status.
