So I paid for the extra service from Turbo Tax when I filed my refund. It is impossible to get anybody there on the phone. How do I go about actually speaking to a human?

How do I go about speaking to a human being?
You know, like we used to do business in the old days.

  You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
