Should I leave Turbo Tax since a simple W2 import page is hung?

If you already received your 2023 W-2 from your employer just enter it manually.

That's the page that's hung. smh

You could do that .....or.....if you have the W-2 or can see the W-2....you could key it in by hand in about two minutes.
