Should I have to purchase turbo tax basic option? To amend information about the previous year.

Turbo tax all of a sudden is now recommending i use my personal computer, on they're website to submit information. 

I'm needing to amend a 1099G form so can get the taxes they took out of unemployment money I received in 2021.

They were helping me out like it says is included in the free trial basic account..

Given it is my 4th year using it but now I can more clearly understand certain things,

I'm positive every year prior to this one I have gotten a small fraction of the amount I should have gotten all because of the way I submitted information without the help of even a basic free trial chat operator to help point out mistakes I've made without my own knowledge I've overlooked sections that are really important.

Which means I've probably lost put on hundreds if not thousands. 

But now they're recommending I get a $50 package to amend a 1099G form for 2021 now here in 2023.

Is this absolutely necessary? Or can I use turbo tax free online tools to complete this.

Also I am unable to login on my laptop I have no clue why but says:

 This site can't be reached my turbotax into it unexpectedly close the connection try checking the connection checking proxy and firewall running windows network diagnostics
