Should I file both 1042s and 1098-T forms? If so how should I file the 1042s form?

I have received both of those forms as part of my fellowship, and I am a resident alien. How do I file 1042s? I have read online that I need to present the gross income as a scholarship under deductions and credits, but how do I file the federal tax withheld on the 1042s form?
