Schedule C and Form 8995 are not updating.

I have the download version of TT Home and Business. I have gone to the Online tab and clicked on "Check for updates", I get the message that my software is updated, but I still cannot file because my software doesn't seem to know that these forms are available. I have done this numerous times but nothing changes, my software is not updated (apparently.)
