Routing number has too many characters. Never an issue before.

I'm trying to file my taxes, but my routing number is too long. This was never an issue before with TurboTax.

 

I called my bank (TD Bank) and they told me to try using their ABA Routing number and it also didn't work.

 

How can I resolve this?

a routing number can only have 9 digits. do not enter dashes

have a check for the account the routing number should be lower left,

yes there are only 9 digits to my routing number. Ive used the same bank account in all my TurboTax filing in the past. I have no idea why its a problem now. From my understanding routing numbers are public info? so I figured I'd add a screenshot here.

If you copied and pasted the routing number into TurboTax, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the routing number.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I ended up restarting my computer, and then Turbotax downloaded + installed an update.

 

I was able to file afterwards, without touching the routing number. It was definitely a strange bug.

I'm having the same issue.  I'll try the restart and post back here after I try it.

After restarting, instead of checking for errors again (that was the only remaining error it found), I just went to the file tab and it went through without an issue.
