My laptop crashed and I did a reset on my PC using the Dell internal diagnosis. It saved my data, but reinstalled clean Window 11 without any of my installed programs. I tried reinstalling Turbo Tax 2023 from my CD. I signed into my Intuit account and all I get now is a activation window with a spinning pattern.
