Refund from turbo tax due to rejection

If you let us know what the reason for rejection was, we can walk you through fixing it.
 
However, if you are using TurboTax Online, you are paying for the tax software prep service of the TurboTax software that you are using to prepare your return with. So the fee is the same whether you e-file or print and mail the return. See here Can I get a refund of the e-filing fee if my TurboTax Online return is rejected? 
 
When you are using the TurboTax CD/Download desktop versions that you install on your computer, you pay for the software you use along with an e-file fee for your state return. You can avoid the additional e-file fee by printing and mailing your state return. See here Is there a fee to e-file my state taxes?
