Received an email saying my state tax return is incomplete. I logged back on to turbo tax but it just says complete. ?? I mailed in both federal and state tax return.

What do i do?

If you received an Email from your state indicating that something is incomplete.  They will generally include a statement of what is missing.  

 

You indicated that you mailed your returns.  On common problem is that you may not have signed the return.  The IRS and the States will not process an unsigned return.

I received the email for TurboTax and NOT the state. I am sure that I signed the forms and included all necessary pages. And, the current state tax homepage does not allow me to sign in to check on the status. Don't know what is going on. Wish Turbo Tax will clarify why they sent me an email saying it is missing information, while my turbo tax page shows everything completed.
