If you haven't paid yet and are still not seeing the discount code in your shopping cart, try the steps below please:

  1. Sign out of your TurboTax account 
  2. Clear the browser cache and cookies
  3. Sign in with link that was provided within your email that you received
  4. Begin the checkout process

If these steps don't work, try another browser or refer to the Help content in the Info Center article "Top FAQS for Troubleshooting Web Browsers"
