Permission to open app. after installation

Installed Turbo tax CD but when I try to open app to start my return, it says I do not have permission to access app.  The turbo icon has a sort of lock icon on it!  I have used TT for years and have never had this issue!  Trying to call support to talk to a person has been impossible!!!
