Payment page caused my 2017 filing to be rejected. No rejection notice was even sent. Who do I contact on this issue?

Paid for premiere service online.  submitted tax filing and payment at 11:15pm using current date as payment date.  Payment was not processed until the following day causing rejection reason of incorrect payment date.  (support case confirmed this). No rejection notice was sent.  I've incurred interest because of this software error and lack of communication for a service I paid for.  Unable to contact anyone at Intuit/Turbo tax to help.

The IRS can take 24-48 hours to process a return, sometimes longer if the volume is heavy.  Therefore, if you send your return and set the payment date for the same day, the IRS may not have processed your return before the end of the day, and when they process your return, the date has passed and they often will not take the payment.

It is suggested that you file your return at least two days before you want the payment to be taken, to ensure this does not happen again.

That is helpful information now, but it is the responsibility of TurboTax online's payment processing to be designed not allow invalid dates for electronic payments.  Filing successfully, or at a bare minimum being notified of a rejection, is the reason for paying for a Premiere Account.  Neither happened.
I have yet to find a contact at TurboTax to speak to about this.  All support lines are focused on 2018 tax season and current accounts.  Any additional information would be appreciated.
