Oregon return was rejected when e-filed. A software update 03/27/2025 was suppose to fix the decline but have the same problem with e-file after the update.

Can clarify what is the error message that you are receiving?

"There is a pending product update that impacts your Oregon return" is the description of error.  Under what needs to be done states there will be a product update available 03/27/25 that will fix the issue.  I did install the update and tried to e-file again on 03/28/25 but it was rejected again

You may need to do a manual update. 

 

Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.

It says manual update is only for Federal.  This is a state of Oregon issue.

Not really sure what fixed the problem?  I tried to e-file again and this time it was accepted.
