Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection. why wont turbotax let me finish my taxes?

I'm logged in and can access parts of the website, but when i click "pick up where i left off" it says Oops! it appears there was a drop in our connection.  how can i fix this? its april 15 and i need to finish my mothers taxes

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in and complete the tax return.
