On my laptop it shows me the downloads that were purchased but doesn't give me the link to download them

You can retrieve your purchased software downloads at this page:

https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

 

When you go to that page and see the downloads available, if you're saying there is no download button next to each one, then see if a diffferent browser makes a difference.

I have tried using both IE and Google.  Neither show a link for my upgrade.  My Basic product shows a download link and does work.  However, the Deluxe upgrade does not have a link.
