On my form 1095-C, it says code 1A for line 14 for some months. Does this mean that I could afford Health insurance and will need to pay the penalty for those months?

You don't have to enter your 1095-C in your return.

In the Health Insurance section, just indicate whether you 'were covered all year', or indicate which months you actually had insurance if not all year.

There are exceptions to the Penalty if you not covered for more than two months, such as '.. unaffordable'.
