Oklahoma does not load state is in download loop TTpremier 2023

when trying to get to the Oklahoma State return i am getting the download loop and cannot get to it.

says downloading then file up to date, but State does not come up as of this date.

I have used that tool to no avail. Have deleted & re-I stalled Turbo Tax as well to no avail. Still doesn’t work. Same loop.

Be certain that the download tool reads 'TTCleanStatesTool2023.00.01.13.' It was updated.

If that doesn't clear it up, contact support here.

Made sure I was using the correct tool. Still will not start state return.

Put TT Premier 2023 on a laptop running Windows 11 and all worked fine. Still don't know why it would not

load the state forms on a windows 10 pro 64bit system. Any ideas? Still won't work on windows 10 for me.
